What to Expect

A prompt and equitable review

Investigation as appropriate

Response within 30 business days

Requesting a Review

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request reconsideration within 10 business days. Submit your request to the Vice President of Student Services.

Additional Options

You may also file a complaint with a federal agency. Using this process does not limit your rights.
