Welcome to the Office for Advancement & College Relations at Mitchell Community College!

Vision: Our vision is to propel Mitchell Community College forward in its mission through storytelling, engagement, and philanthropy.

Mission: Our mission is to actively engage our community by cultivating philanthropy, crafting well-branded communications, and fostering deeper connections among our alumni, donors, and community members.

How We Fulfill Our Mission:

Fundraising and Donor Relations: We steward existing funds while also creating new opportunities for giving. Our fundraising efforts are relationship-focused and impact-driven, ensuring every contribution makes a meaningful difference. The Advancement Office annually raises hundreds of thousands of dollars to support scholarships, student emergency needs, academic programs, and other college priorities.
Community Relations: We build and sustain relationships among internal and external ambassadors, fostering a strong sense of community support and involvement.
Alumni Relations: We actively communicate and engage with our diverse alumni, host alumni events, publish an alumni newsletter, recognize alumni birthdays, etc. in the hopes of fostering a cohesive identity of what it means to be a Mitchell Community College alumni.
